VANA TRUST - 2006
Workshop with Trustees of this new charity to encourage "team bonding", sharing of knowledge and information and to provide tools to develop a strategic networking plan.

OUTCOME:
Feedback from attendees revealed that the half-day session had been a catalyst for further discussion and planning.
 

 

BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION – 2005
Delivered 5 networking workshops throughout UK attended by 60 Regional Managers to overcome negative views of networking, to encourage more dynamic networking activities in order to reach fundraising targets and for RMs to cascade knowledge to teams

OUTCOMES
Overcame isolation by sharing knowledge and information.  
Developed fresh ideas, particularly iabout ways to engage with small and medium sized companies.  
Boosted confidence and morale.
Acquired easy to apply tools to improve the effectiveness of their networking efforts.

CRANFIELD UNIVERSITY - 2006
Delivered one-day workshop for Marketing Department who wished to enhance their networking skills, to encourage those attending conferences organised by the department to network more effectively and to consider the most appropriate activities to develop, nurture and leverage their own network of relationships.

Greater understanding of the process of networking.
A check list to encourage networking by conference participants.
Tips and tools to assess strength and scope of current relationships.
Skills development action plan.
